the place was super clean! the breakfast was pretty basic but fresh! loved that it was right across from Olive Garden and near tons of fast food spots.

The King Room was comfortably furnished and equipped with a fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. Our room was clean, and we enjoyed the peaceful location away from city noise.

However, I noticed some areas in the bathroom with mold, which was concerning. The carpet in the hallway could use a good vacuuming, and we encountered some noise disturbances from other guests late at night.

I stayed here for a couple of nights while looking for a new home nearby. I really appreciated how close it was to attractions like the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden and Regency Square Mall, which made my downtime enjoyable. However, the room felt outdated, and I noticed some issues with cleanliness, which was disappointing. Overall, it served its purpose for a temporary stay, but I would hope for some improvements in the future.

the whole experience was absolutely abysmal! the toilet was clogged and filthy, and there was only 1 towel, how generous! I also expected a room upgrade to make up for this nightmare, but alas, no such luck. this could've been a good stay, but I just couldn't believe the lack of attention to detail.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and express check-in/out. The staff even helped me with my luggage on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a cozy city break!

The hotel is in a great spot for hitting up lots of fun places like the Children's Museum. Plus, it was nice to have a fridge in the room for our baby's snacks. The price was definitely appealing for a family stay.

The King Room was decent. The bed was comfy, and the fridge and microwave were super handy for snacks. The TV had HDMI support, which was a win for my son with his Xbox! But I noticed some mold in the bathroom, which wasn’t great. The overall cleanliness could've been a bit better too. Def would consider coming back if the issues were fixed.
